Exchange Policy
At Petora, your happiness matters the most to us! We want you to love what you ordered, but we also understand that sometimes things might not go as planned. Don’t worry – we’ve got you covered with our simple and hassle-free exchange policy.
When Can You Request an Exchange?
You can request an exchange if:

You received a wrong product.

The size doesn’t fit you.

There’s a defect or damage in the product delivered.
Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:

The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Items bought during clearance sales or marked as “Non-Exchangeable” are not eligible.
How to Request an Exchange

Contact us via WhatsApp/Email.

Share your Order ID, product details, and reason for exchange.

Our team will arrange a reverse pickup from your doorstep (where serviceable).
What Happens Next?

Once we receive the returned product, our quality team will check it.

After approval, your exchange will be processed within 3–5 working days.

You will receive the correct product/size delivered to you without any extra cost (first exchange is free).
Important Notes

Only one exchange request per order is allowed.

If you need a second exchange, an additional handling fee may apply.

We do not offer returns or refunds unless the product is defective.
