At Petora.in, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we typically do not offer returns, we do provide a hassle-free return in case you receive a product with a manufacturing defect.
ποΈ Exchange Policy
We offer a 3-day Exchange Policy, which means you have 3 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.
To be eligible for exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

π¦ Exchange & Return Guidelines
- All exchange/return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are allowed for size issues or if you received the wrong product.
- We offer a free one-time exchange for size or incorrect product. A reverse pickup will be arranged.
- If the new item costs more than the exchanged product, the price difference must be paid online.
Conditions to qualify for exchange:
- Product must be returned in original condition with labels intact.
- Proper packaging is required to avoid transit damage.
- If the product is used, washed, or damaged by the customer, exchange will not be processed.
π Returns (Only for Manufacturing Defects)
- Refunds are issued only in genuine cases of manufacturing defects.
- To raise a refund request, email or WhatsApp us with:

- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the defective product
Important:
- Always unbox your order carefully.
- If the package is damaged while opening with scissors/blades, refund or replacement will not be provided without an unpacking video or courier cover image.
β οΈ Special Conditions
- Slight variation in color or design from website/social media listings is not eligible for return/refund.
- If the defect is found to be due to customer handling, no refund will be processed.
- Please do not accept visibly damaged packages at the time of delivery.
π³ Refund Deductions
- If a non-defective return is accepted in an exceptional case, βΉ100 will be deducted for reverse pickup logistics.
- A second exchange on the same order (if permitted) will incur βΉ150 handling charges.
β Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement.

After 6 hours:
- If the order is not shipped, βΉ150 will be deducted from the refund.
- If the order is shipped and rejected at delivery, βΉ100 will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds are processed via UPI, GPay, or bank transfer within 4β5 working days.

- Products bought during a sale are not eligible for refund.

Free size exchange is offered, but no refunds on size issues.
- Refunds/Exchanges are allowed only once per order.

Washed or used products are not eligible for exchange or return.
